why does the user REST end-point just close without sending content?

The remote commenting api returns comments for a banned and delete user... why?

lack of development information

i requested several months ago that all development activities be told to us via this community and aside from sporadic posts on the status page, very little has been done to let developers know of things theport is working on which we need to be aware of. please update this more often.
