Do you have some feedback for us? If there is any components of our software you would like to see added or changed feel free to post your thoughts here. We'd encourage you to be as clear as possible about why you like or don't like certain features so that other clients can weigh in with their thoughts as well. Also feel free to suggest that we actually remove certain components of the system that just aren't getting enough traction for you. All feedback is welcome!

Our users are loving the new calendar and events system, however there is one feature some are requesting.  A lot of users need to check their schedule on the go, so the ability to download the List view of the calendar into a CSV file for use in excel or mobile apps would really help them out.

    kcoleman: Hi Cameron,
Since our Events engine is typically fed to our communities from external engines/sources we most likely won't be building this feature natively into our platform. We can certainly look at a custom statement of work, though. That being said: the community is mobile friendly on touch devices if that helps? Thanks for the input! Let us know via email if you'd like to talk more about an SOW for the export.

cameron: could you elaborate on how the engine is supplied by external sources? do you mean most events for other clients are created through the APIs?

    kcoleman: Hi Cameron,
Sorry for the delay. Your are correct. Many of our clients host their Events externally and inject them into the community to socially enable these already existing Events. These Events engines are typically tied to or are part of their already existing CRM systems. So, many of the reports necessary are found in those apps. I hope this helps and makes sense. :) Thanks!
