On August 2nd at 6:00am, ThePort Network will have a ‘Minor Release’ to all communities. This will be a Medium Impact/Medium Risk release and will include the following enhancements and bug fixes:

Discussions
  • Discussion's Latest Reply title (in main list) has been changed to Latest Post.
  • Discussion Topics are now included under Latest Post – even if they do not have any replies.
  • Discussions search widget has been added back to the Discussions landing page.

Social Objects
  • When the Social Object’s name changes the URL’s for all of the groups resources (blogs, photos, documents, etc.) reflect the new name.
  • SO's group settings page - the email digest setting was not being persisted correctly. It is now working as it should.
  • All members now display correctly on the SO Manage members page.
Blogs
  • Grammar accents are now accepted and display correctly when adding blog categories.
  • A Blog commenting button has been added to Blogs for non-logged in users.  The button takes the user to the login page.
  • When a blog import fails within the blog import service for Blogs 2.0, the blog no longer gets rendered in a failed state.
